DOES MY RESERVATION HAVE A TIME LIMIT?

Your reservation has a time limit, but it's designed to ensure we can accommodate all our guests and provide the best possible service. We understand that plans can change, so we offer a flexible approach. Please check the specific details of your booking for the exact time allotted. We're here to make your experience as enjoyable as possible.

CAN I LEAVE THE SPA AND RETURN LATER IN THE DAY?

No, you cannot return after leaving Lupita Antistress Studio later in the day. We recommend planning your visit to maximize your time with us. If you'd like to return, please make another booking, and we will gladly welcome you again.

HOW DO I MAKE MY RESERVATION?

You must make reservations online or by phone; they are mandatory.

HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY VISIT?

Here's how to prepare for your visit to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience:

We have updated your arrival process to ensure a safe, stress-free experience with the highest sanitary standards.

We kindly ask that you bring the following with you to the spa: 

  • Comfortable clothes in case of a laser session.
  • Everything is provided at Lupita Antistress Studio.

You can leave jewelry and all your other valuable belongings behind. However, your phone must be off for you to enjoy your time.

IS THERE A MINIMUM AGE TO ENJOY YOUR SERVICES?

Lupita Antistress Studio is reserved for those 14 years old and above due to the nature of our services and the relaxing environment we aim to maintain.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

Cancellations must be requested by email at info@lupitaspa.ca. Please keep in mind the following:

  • If cancelled at least 48 hours before the reservation, you will receive a 100% refund to the original payment method.
  • You can postpone your reservation to another date up to 24 hours before arrival.
  • We understand that life happens. If you need to postpone or modify your reservation with less than 24 hours notice, please call us or leave a text with your name and the time you are supposed to come at 613-331-6295, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
ARE YOUR TREATMENTS SAFE FOR PREGNANT WOMEN?

Absolutely! Our treatments are completely safe for pregnant women.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE?

Unfortunately, our products are not currently available for purchase. However, we can provide information on contacting the product supplier and advise which products best suit your skin type.

IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE?

We have parking available.
